Our Indonesian representative, Jarrad, recently visited Jakarta to join the Naturally Plus forces of Korea to Indonesia! Longevity! Wealth! There was an exciting buzz in the air with people from all over Asia attending, and NPlusMy Korea were there, all the way, rubbing-shoulders with the most senior Naturally Plus members.

The celebrations started bright and early with speeches and a traditional Korean ceremony to promote wealth and success, something that seems guaranteed in the Korean market. What an exciting two weeks this has been for the dynamic NPlusMY Korea team of pioneer network marketers. Last week we presented to our new friend, the Naturally Plus General Manager of Sales and Promotion, Mr. Min Ki Kim. He listed attentively as Mr. Jun Myung Lee presented on the business, product and credentials. He was even more intrigued when Mr. Jun presented our special team leader file 'Road To Full House'. The 'Road To Full House' is a key strength that our only our team possesses. It shows in detail how to achieve around 40,000,000 per month in two years and over 100,000,000 with two additional BC's open. Of course this file is only to be shared with the current and future leaders of NPlusMY KOrea... The head office is changing so quickly and the builders and administration staff are all working very hard to ensure the opening is on-time and as successful as our team will be. Thanks so kindly to the Naturally PLus head offices very own Mr. Min Ki Kim for his passion, support and attention to detail. With men like him working for Naturally Plus Korea we are all destined for long-term success.

The second exciting announcement the team at 'NPlusMY Korea' would like to make is that Mr. Kwang Hyeong Lee has joined us. He is very experienced in this industry and has a wealth of knowledge to share with all of us. Some key skills he possesses include proficiency in Japanese, Korean and even sound ability in English. He has a very positive aura, is well connected and has an advanced understanding of the industry. Mr. Jun Myung Lee presented to Mr. Lee and he was very quickly impressed by our teams dynamic approach to MLM, the balance of English and Korean native speaking leaders, our global perspective, our established social media/web presence, our presentation/marketing material and most importantly our commitment to each and every 'NPlusMY Korea' team member. We will spend a lot of time preparing Mr. Lee to make the most of this opportunity and guide him to achieve 'Road To Full House'. As the most senior member in age, Mr. Lee makes a fantastic addition and we are happy to call him our newest leader. After he receives his membership number and data station access we will be posting his contact details on all of our social media tools and web site. As we will do with all new members we will drive traffic to our leaders and build a significant down-line for them. 이전 포스트에서 말햇듯이, 우리는 내추럴리플러스 한국지사 사무실에 방문하게 되었다. 너무 기쁜 마음에 이른 아침부터 서둘러서 출발했더니, 대략 10시쯤 도착하게 되었다. 도착하자마자 재밌는 걸 발견했다. 1층에 있는 건물개요판에 내추럴리플러스 영어 스펠링이 잘못 적혀있는 것이었다(사진첨부 ^^; )!! 진짜 우리가 좀 이른 때에 오긴 했나보다.
우리가 문앞에 도착했을 적엔 사람들이 한참 바쁘게 움직이고 있었다. 뭐 아직 내부공사가 안끝났나 싶었는데 안쪽에 사무실이 하나있었다. 대략 15~20명정도의 직원들이 안에서 뭔가를 바쁘게 하는 눈치여서 망설이던차에 사무실쪽에서 먼저 다가왔다. 우리의 대화는 그렇게 명함을 주고 받고 우리 멤버십고유번호를 일러주면서 시작이 되었다. 그 날은 우리팀 한국인파트너가 바뻐서 때놓고 오는바람에, 하는 수없이 대화는 영어로 이뤄졌다. 김민기대표님은 영어로 소통이 되시는데 우리쪽에서 한글말로 소통이 안되니 처음엔 버벅거렸지만, 여느 대화처럼 서로의 근간에 관한 이야기부터 시작했다.
본격적으로 비즈니스에 관한 이야기가 시작되었을땐 우리는 우리팀의 글로벌한 목표(한국, 호주, 필리핀, 인도,~미국도)를 밝혔다. 그분들도 이거저거 물어보셨다, 뭐 우리팀의 초기 시작과정, 팀원들의 경력등.. 나름 만족시켜 드린 듯하다. 물론 그분들과 우리의 관계는 오피셜 스탭과 디스트리뷰터 간이지만, 우리는 좀더 긴밀한 관계를 가지고 싶다고 말했다. 사실 우리가 활동을 잘하는 것 자체가 그분들을 돕는 것이지만, 딱딱한 형식적인 관계보단 여느 한국친구들과 가질 수 있는 그런 관계를 유지하고 싶었다.
흥미로운 점은 우리의 방문을 대화 내내 놀라워했다는 것이었다^^. 우리가 첫방문이라고 하니,,,대화 내내 분위기는 즐거웠다. 한 주의 아침을 성공적으로 시작한듯해서 여러모로 기분이 좋다. 무엇보다도 오늘 방문에 보람을 느끼는 점은 김민기 대표님과 함께 알게된 정재성 대표님을 뵙게 됬다는 것이다. 외모와 목소리 등에서 풍기는 카리스마가 프레젠테이션에 정말 잘어울린다는 생각을 했었는데, 실제로 그런 쪽에 경력이 있으시다고 하시니,,, 추후에 멋진모습을 기대해볼가 한다.

As I mentioned in my last blog we had planned to find the Korean Naturally Plus Head Office. As you know I obtained the NP Head Office address from my contact is Singapore late last week. I visited them at 10am this morning after a little bit of a taxi merry-go-round. We found the building and realized when we saw the spelling mistake on the foyer sign that we must be damn early (see picture), if not too early! When we arrived at the main entrance all we could see was busy workers, but we walked on through and found one room running with around 15-20 staff. After we exchanged business cards and quoted our membership numbers they greeted us with smiles and excitement. Kim Min Ki (Sales and Promotion - General Manager) spoke English and most of the meeting was in English, but we speak a little Korean and understand Korean business etiquette so we were able to have a solid 30 minute meet and greet. We explained that we have plans to expand to Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, India and perhaps the USA after we had established a major share of the market in Korea. They asked many questions on our background and education ect... and were quite satisfied. we made it quite clear to them that we wanted to be treated as part of their staff, that we are there to help them launch this business and to educate and train all new members. They were surprised that we had found them and the conversation tone was very welcoming to say the least... I won't go into any more detail but I guess it was a very promising morning for our team. The most significant part was that Jae Seong (Sales and Promotion - Manager) will be available to support our presentations and education in Korean. He is very experienced, charismatic and will be a great asset to us. We will also get first use of the conference facilities. We have the dates for the official Head Office opening and the official launch party that will be held at the Continental Hotel, right next door. This is a great time to contact us and meet our hard working team! We welcome you with a smile and some sound strategy.

NPlusMY Korea팀에 조인한 이래로 처음 올리는 포스트인 듯 싶다. 사실 요근래에 NP런칭이 임박해온것에 대비해 이래저래 준비하느라 바쁜 나날을 보내고 있었다. 웹사이트, 세미나자료, 리서치, 마케팅 툴,,,뭐 기타 등등등.

We would like to announce that our Taiwan Dash 2009, our Asian Region President, Mr. Nagoshi has announced the opening of Malaysia’s branch scheduled in the middle of December. Naturally Plus in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore will face new pressure once the 4th branch opens in Malaysia on Friday, December 11th 2009. Naturally Plus aims to grow the business to be Japan’s first international business network by taking this advance step. Since the last year Singapore opening, there were many requests from members for opening the branch in Malaysia. Thereafter, in response to the request, as preparation for the opening new branch, and in order to meet customer satisfaction, we first need to handle the legal matters such as license and various matters.

Members can check and print Bonus Statement using NDS. Should members require a hard copy, they can purchase at our Salon for $0.20 per paper.

How to check Bonus Statement from NDS
1. Log in NDS

2. Select 'Bonus Detail'

3. Select 'Close Date'

4. Click 'Export' then save your Bonus Statement

New Registration Double Bonus Campaign(restricted to the First Organisation only)

Campaign Details

1.[Referral Bonus]: During the campaign period, for every new member sponsored (including BC/EC), the sponsor will be able to obtain a bonus amount of HK $ 66 / SG$13.

2. [Twin Bonus]: During the campaign period, if the number of new members sponsored hits an even number, the sponsor can obtain not only the Referral Bonus but also a Twin Bonus of HK $198 / SG$39 (2 people to make up 1 pair).

※During the campaign period, 5,000 points can be obtained from the purchase of the Starter-Pack, while points obtained from the purchase of the FPP, Repeat Products and Promotional-Service Products will remain unchanged.

Bonus Pre-Requisites

Conditions for receiving bonus remain the same as stated in the Member's Manual. Bonus Payment Details

a. Calculation for bonus is done every Friday and paid out on a Friday four (4) weeks later.

b. Bonus will not be paid out if the amount accumulated during the subject period is less than HK $330 / SG$65. It will only be paid out if the amount accumulated reaches HK $330 / SG$65 and above.

c. A service charge of HK $30 / SG$7 will be deducted for every bonus payout.

※ If campaign bonus has already been accrued to the sponsor, and the applicant decides to annul his Starter-Pack contract or requests for a refund, the Company has the right to ask for a return of the bonus amount that has been paid out (please refer to the Member's Manual for conditions on annulment of contracts and refunds).

Regulation for Special Registration: Position Specification Registration

Members can choose to register either through the Position Specification method or the usual method.

NP Hong Kong To Stop the Sale of SUPER LUTEIN Temporarily
NATURALLY-PLUS Hong Kong office（NATURALLY-PLUS Hong Kong Co.,Ltd.）has received notice from Hong Kong’s Department of Health to stop selling SUPER LUTEIN in Hong Kong temporarily.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to our members and will hereby give a detailed report of what happened.

Background to the matter
Hong Kong’s Department of Health visited NATURALLY-PLUS Hong Kong office on January 21 (Wednesday), and requested for the sales permit required to sell SUPER LUTEIN as a medicinal product. As SUPER LUTEIN was originally classified as a health supplement, NATURALLY-PLUS did not acquire the permit to sell it as a medicinal product in Hong Kong. As such SUPER LUTEIN was imported and sold as a health supplement.

However, the Department of Health in Hong Kong reinforced its rules and regulations in July 2008. From July 2008, if traces of vitamins are found in a product, a sales permit is required even if the product is classified as a health supplement. Therefore, we were advised to temporarily stop the sale of SUPER LUTEIN until we acquire the sales permit. After a discussion with the Department of Health, NATURALLY-PLUS Hong Kong has decided to accept their advice to stop the sale of SUPER LUTEIN in Hong Kong until we ’ve obtained the sales permit.

This matter has occurred due to a misunderstanding about the procedures for the sale of SUPER LUTEIN with Hong Kong’s Department of Health, and not because there is a problem with the ingredients and the quality of the product. There is no problem with SUPER LUTEIN itself.

The Hong Kong salon is opened for business as usual, and sells IZUMIO.

Please note that this situation only applies to Hong Kong and does not have any impact on the sales of SUPER LUTEIN in Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore at all. NATURALLY-PLUS will condut Hong Kong members who regularly purchase of SUPER LUTEIN and the delivery cost will be borne by NATURALLY-PLUS.

We would like to apologize to our members for this matter.

NATURALLY-PLUS Hong Kong is conducting meeting with Hong Kong’s Department of Health with the aim of acquiring the permit to sell SUPER LUTEIN in Hong Kong again. We will inform all members once the sale of SUPER LUTEIN is allowed again. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

*Lutein
A type of carotenoid, lutein is stored in the eyes and skin. Cabbage, the ingredient for “green juice” and spinach, a type of yellow green vegetable, are rich in lutein. Lutein is a powerful anti-oxidant and can prevent the harmful fats in the retina from over-oxidation, as well as absorb blue rays, preventing the retina from damages.

*Zeaxanthin
Zeaxanthin has characteristics very similar to that of lutein. It is a member of the yellow orange pigment and is found in large quantities in plants such as maize and Japanese sweet “Fuyu” persimmon, as well as green tea, egg yolk, animal fats and the liver.Through the process of metabolism, lutein is transformed into zeaxanthin, both of which are stored in the yellow spot area of the eyes. The latest research shows that lutein and zeaxanthin are located in different areas of the retina. The centre of the yellow spot has a higher ratio of zeaxanthin, while the periphery is mainly lutein.

*α - Carotene & β - Carotene
Both α- and β- carotene are found in the yellow and orange colour pigments of carrots and pumpkin. As they are safe in nature, they have been used as a colour addictive in foods, drinks and cosmetics since ancient times. Carotenes will be transformed into vitamin A according to the needs of the body. As they are important to the body, specialists have been actively conducting research on them for many years. Carotenes that have not undergone transformation have greater anti-oxidation effects.

*Lycopene
Lycopene is found in the red colour pigments of tomatoes. When turning ripe under the sun, tomatoes protect themselves from the sunlight by producing lycopene.Like lutein, lycopene has anti-oxidation effects.There is a saying in Europe: “When tomatoes turn red, doctor’s faces turn green”. From this we can see that tomatoes and a healthy life are closely related. Processed foods can release the benefits of lycopene better than fresh vegetables, and as lycopene is fat soluble, adding a little oil when cooking can enhance the absorption of lycopene by the body.

*Crocetin
Crocetin is found in the fruit of Cape jasmine and the stamen and pistil of saffron. It is both fat and water soluble. Its most striking feature is its tiny molecular volume, which makes it easily absorbed by the body. It can penetrate into tissue fibers that are different to be reached by other carotenoids, no wonder researchers worldwide are now conducting in-depth studies on the benefits of crocetin.
